Canberra is a great place for an outdoor wedding though when planning you wedding it pays to have a backup option in case of rain.
A fantastic venue with outstanding food. Weddings can be done on the lawns here, in one of the function rooms or in the timber floored foyer. Prices range from $1500 to $11000 depending on the size of your party. I highly recommend this venue.

The Beijing Gardens located across from the Yarralumla Yacht Club is one of several garden locations in this area. This is the House of Reps formal garden located at the base on Parliament House (the newer one). A great spot for a small wedding, it is kind of hidden away and really is a beautiful space. $700-$2800 to book.

This is one of the most popular venues for weddings around Canberra. Situated in Gundaroo this is a beautiful garden location and the restaurant provides some amazing food sourcing some of the produce from their own garden.
