Elena was amazing from the beginning. I was unsure of the process of getting married in Canberra and nervous about planning the ceremony. At every step, she had answers and advice. Not once did I feel rushed, even though the time frame we gave her was shorter than most people’s! She was so easy to talk to and made it easy for us to open up to her. She helped us with our vows and walked us through multiple locations for our ceremony. She kept us on schedule and was always prompt with her emails. She was instrumental in making our ceremony special and personal. Elena made a big effort to include my family who are currently overseas and even learned a few Cantonese words to make them feel even more included. There is no one better to have in your corner on your big day! Highly recommend.

Her service was exceptional: warm, thoughtful, creative, and most importantly, perfectly captured our voices, and our story. She helped us cover our cultural ceremony. As a Persian couple, we wanted to respect our heritage, and she made the extra effort to learn about our cultural ceremonies, delivered it perfectly, and explained it to our guests.

We had several meetings and phone calls with her prior to the ceremony. Based on our words, she wrote a beautiful love story and delivered a perfect ceremony. We received several compliments on her services from our family and friends. Our guests enjoyed our personalised ceremony which they thought was quite different from some other ceremonies that are too formal and generic.

Our families joined us online from different parts of the world and she involved them in a way that we almost forget it was a virtual presence.

I found her communication style responsive, bubbly, and detail oriented. Her presence is poised and elegant, with just the right amount of panache needed for a happy occasion. We were hoping for a Marriage Celebrant who was flamboyant, elegant and professional.

After tireless searches for the perfect Marriage Celebrant who could best cater to the elegant style requirements we envisaged for our wedding, we were close to giving up our dream to instead settle for second best (as a few people had suggested).  As the bride, I kept pursuing our quarry. Finally, I discovered Elena’s profile on the Easy Weddings app and, when I received Elena’s response, I instantly knew she would be the right Marriage Celebrant for us.

We were extremely fortunate to have experienced Elena as our Marriage Celebrant, particularly in 2020. This year has been a challenging due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and Elena was an absolute gift from the heavens throughout our journey.  My husband and I were originally due to be married in April, yet we had no choice but to postpone until October. Elena was incredibly kind and patient throughout the delay and remained a shining light, helping us get through what could have become a stressful process. Elena worked closely with us to incorporate a blend of two different cultures, and delivered the results brilliantly. We would cooperate and bounce of ideas of each other to bring the ceremony too life, and communication with Elena was effortless.

I loved her approach of crafting the ceremony through a questionnaire that we each did separately. Elena is amazing… no words can describe the energy and effort she put into making our day so special! Elena spent additional time finding out about how we met, our history, who to include specially in our day and was sure to be aware of any sensitivities with family! As well as writing a beautiful ceremony that made our guests laugh and cry, Elena also researched something very special for our stepson to read so he and his baby brother could also be included in our day. Not only did she make sure he had plenty of time to practise but she also organised a special card with the reading inside (a beautiful keepsake). Elena worked with us to ensure our ceremony was what we were wanting, and met with us at the wedding venue to do a walk through a couple of days before. Elena took us through the journey of the marriage celebration, explaining the legals plus items and sections of the ceremony in detail.
